Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. She became the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015 she continued the same path as she did in the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel completed her first six years in competing to obtain her college degree. In October 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of the result. She was up against the very best. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel is known to be focused specifically on the back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. The first step is warming up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
